Williams School of Motoring Instructor Code of Conduct - Our Promise to You!

1. Your instructor will, at all times, behave in a totally professional manner.
2. It is a requirement for all our instructors to be C.R.B checked. 
3. Your instructor will, use their extensive training, to make sure that they teach, you, the pupil the correct driving skills in accordance with the DSA's recommended syllabus and standards.
4. Your instructor will always treat you, the student, with the utmost consideration and respect. Your instructor will always be understanding and never raise their voice.
5. Your instructor will advise you when they feel you are ready to apply for your tests, taking account of local waiting times
